Data Warehouse Administration Console (DAC) crashes often

- BI Apps modules: Finance, Procure and Spend, Project Controls
- Platform/version: Windows Server 2012 R2
- Source System/version: Oracle 19c Enterprise 19.0.0.0.0
- Target System/Version: Oracle 19c Enterprise 19.0.0.0.0
- Informatica version: 10.4.1
- DAC version: Dac Build AN 11.1.1.6.4.dg.clean.20201208.1132, Build date: December 8 2020
- JDK version: Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_301-b25)

DAC: ac Build AN 11.1.1.6.4.dg.clean.20201208.1132, Build date: December 8 2020 was supplied with Informatica: 10.4.1

Running the concurrent tasks feature in DAC to run up to two ETLs at the same time, causes each ETL to run as a separate process in Windows.

On some installations this configuration is running fine, but in some environments , the following errors designating that the concurrent ETL has stopped:

The DAC server has not terminated, but the ETL stops. This happens with multiple ETLs running different tasks.
