Can EPM Hyperion Oracle Instance Tmp Directory be deleted ? (Doc ID 2820035.1)

Goal

After installing EPM Hyperion 11.2.x, it was found that users_project/instance/tmp filled all disk space.
If these files can be deleted on daily basis? What are the best practices to clean this tmp directory?
