Symptoms

 Planning application LCM import fails with error:


 EPMLCM-14000: Error reported from Hyperion Planning
 LCM migration failed for the following reason - Unable to create Schema for application. Exiting Application Creation.

 Error found in Planning_WebApp.log:

 [FMWGEN][SQLServer JDBC Driver][SQLServer]The REFERENCES permission was denied on the object 'HSP_OBJECT', database '<SCHEMA_NAME>', schema 'dbo'.
