Hidden Dashboard Sub-Pages Show Blank Dashboard Heading Panel (Doc ID 2823697.1)

Symptoms

When accessing a hidden sub-page on a dashboard page, the dashboard heading panel is completely blank and the entire sub-page panel on the top disappears.

  1. Create a main dashboard page and create a 2 sub-pages(SubPage1, SubPage2).
  2. Set SubPage2 as hidden.
  3. On SubPage1 add an Action Link to Navigate to SubPage2.
  4. When clicking on the action link in step3, notice the dashboard heading page is completely blank (except for the report on Subpage2) and the action also hides the entire sub-page panel on the top.

This worked differently in earlier bundle patches, but this behavior is seen in recent bundle patches of OBIEE Version 12.2.1.4.0 and also on OAS.
