Goal
Running SQR 11.1.2.4 using 32-bit Oracle Client 11.2.0.3 connecting to Oracle Database 12c is causing the following error:
(SQR 5528) ORACLE OCIServerAttach error 12650 in cursor 0:
ORA-12650: No common encryption or data integrity algorithm
(SQR 4701) Cannot logon to the database.
