Symptoms

After applying Hyperion Planning 11.1.2.2.300 from 11.1.2.2.0, Planning was not accessible.  When accessing Planning from Workspace, the following error appears: "Invalid or Could Not Find Module Configuration 'HyperionPlanning.AppWizard.'

In the Planning0.log following is seen:

Caused By: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.oracle.bsp.util.MigrationManager
at weblogic.utils.classloaders.GenericClassLoader.findLocalClass(GenericClassLoader.java:297)
