Unable To Center Section Headers In Analyses After Upgrading From OBIEE 11g To OAS (Doc ID 2825230.1)

Symptoms

After Upgrading from OBIEE 11g to OAS, it is observed that the section headers for analyses are no longer centering even when selecting to both vertically and horizontally center.
If report columns are placed in the section of a table report, they are not indented properly and the section properties no longer takes formatting into consideration.
