Symptoms

After applying the 11.1.2.4.046 patches for the Essbase Server, Essbase Administration Services (EAS), Analytic Provider Services (APS) and the Essbase Runtime Client (RTC), the 'Assign Access Control' screen in Shared Services is blank.
