Symptoms
Usage Tracking is configured in Oracle Analytics server following the steps in OAS documentation.
- Create usage tracking schema 'Usage_Tracking' and granted all privileges
- Create database ('Usage Tracking') & connection pool ('Usage Tracking Connection Pool') with white space in RPD online and checked in the changes.
- Add this Usage tracking values from RPD with quotes in OAS Console (DV Console > System Settings > Usage Tracking Connection Pool) and encountering the error:
Invalid input. Please correct.
After changing the database\connection pool names in RPD Physical layer to 'UsageTracking'\'UsageTracking_Connection_Pool' without white space, they are added in OAS console without any issues.
