Symptoms
Location security groups have been created appropriately in Shared Services, and users have been assigned to them. When the user logged in, however, they were unable to select Point Of View (POV) in the Data Load Rule or Data Load Workbench. Run Integration rules have been applied to the location security groups so that the user can choose the POV.
