Symptoms

In EPM 11.2.7/Essbase, the console~Essbase1~EssbaseAgent~AGENT~1.log log keeps repeating the error:

MW_HOME/EPMSystem11R1/products/Essbase/EssbaseServer/bin/OPMNPing: error while loading shared libraries: libessutlu.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

This error did not occur in previous versions of EPM 11.2.x.
