Custom Documents cannot be opened after applying HFM Patch (Doc ID 2837137.1)

There are Custom Documents uploaded under Documents section in Hyperion Financial Management(HFM). Before applying HFM patch, users can open the custom document by right click on the file and click on Open. After applying HFM patch, the Open button is grayed out so the documents cannot be opened.
