Custom Documents cannot be opened after applying HFM Patch 11.1.2.4.210 (Doc ID 2837137.1)

Symptoms

There are Custom Documents uploaded under Documents section in Hyperion Financial Management(HFM). Before applying HFM 11.1.2.4.210 patch, users can open the custom document by right click on the file and click on Open. After applying HFM 11.1.2.4.210 patch, the Open button is grayed out so the documents cannot be opened.
