OBIA 12c: OGG Parameter Files generated by OBIA procedure fail to load when using databases with multitenant architecture (Doc ID 2847765.1)

Symptoms

Data Source: Peoplesoft HRMS PSFT 9.2
Modules implemented: HR
Oracle GoldenGate integration with Oracle GoldenGate version 19.1.0.0.4

Background:
Both source and target are Oracle databases and are on multitenant architecture with the schemas under underlying pluggable databases.
Customer wants to use Integrated replicat rather than a classic extract.
The GENERATE_SDS_OGG_PARAM_FILES scenario should generate parameter files for multitenant container databases as well.

Issues resolved in this note:

1. After running the 'GENERATE_SDS_OGG_PARAM_FILES' scenario, the parameter files that got generated does not have any table names.

2. Parameter files generated for OGG fail to load with the following error:
