Celltext shows as #NoAccess in Smartview Webform (Doc ID 2849571.1)

Symptoms

When opening a HFM webform in Smartview which contains celltext, the user receives a #NoAccess instead of the cell text detail even though it shows correctly in the Workspace (Web form).

The issue occurs in Smartview 20.200, However works with 20.100

Changes

 After upgrading Smartview to 20.200
