IsICP details when Exported to DB does not show Distinct Values

Symptoms
In Metdadata tabes there are three distinct values for ICP account code, i.e.
- Y (Yes) - '1'
- N (No) - '0'
- R (Restricted) - '-1'
However when extracted as Star Schema to a database, only following values are seen in the tables.
IsICP – Y(1)
IsICP – N(0)
for 'IsICP – R' there is no specific value and is stored as 0.
