Symptoms
Applied Weblogic Security patch 32052267 on the Windows HSF Server. Patch is successfully applied to the Foundation Linux server where Essbase and Shared Services reside.
ERROR

HSF11975: Cannot connect to server. Server is not running or cannot be contacted.
Check the connection port number. The default port for the Oracle Strategic Finance, Fusion Edition server is port 7750. or contact your system administrator for the correct port number.
