Symptoms

Getting below error when executed import database command with rule file in MaxL to build dimensions.

 import database <application_name.database_name> dimensions connect as "<username>" identified by "<password>" using server rules_file '<rulefile_name>'

  ERROR - 1040223 - Unauthorized access to the REST data source.
  ERROR - 1241101 - Unexpected Essbase error 1040223.
