Essbase 21c : Redirect to New Essbase Smart View Connection URL Does Not Work (Doc ID 2851676.1)

Symptoms

When logged in using the below Smart View URL, it does not redirect:   

http://servername:19000/aps/SmartView
http://servername:19000/aps

If connecting through Smart View, using the URL /aps/SmartView, it's required to be changed to /essbase/smartview.
