Column USER_NAME in table S_NQ_INITBLOCK is mostly populated with BI System user instead of actual user name who logs into the application.

Values look like a system user: "jkbrzustew4facypodgn5xi3hlm82qv1".

There's no way to tell which user caused the INIT Block execution, as it's populated with BI system.user (from oracle.bi.system credential map).

Changes

 Upgraded from OBIEE 12c to OAS.
