Symptoms

EPM validation / Running the diagnostic utility for Essbase Server fails with error below in version 11.2.8

Validating Essbase Server connection to <Host Name>
Error:Cannot connect to olap service. Cannot connect to Essbase Server. Error:Essbase Error(1051203): Single Sign On External Authentication is Disabled
Recommended Action:Check Essbase Server is started.
