Symptoms

OBIA 11.1.1.10.3 (12c)  New installation -> trying to apply the full PS2 Patch 33518700 (which includes patch 31916507 ) - patch errors on:

SEVERE: Syncing RPD patch failed

Even after checking that the WebLogic admin server and managed server (bi_server1) and Node services are up and running per, status.sh script found in the directory: DOMAIN_HOME/bitools/bin
