"Error 500--Internal Server Error" when using SSL Port 636 for LDAP/MSAD in Weblogic (Doc ID 2861262.1)

Symptoms

After enabling SSL port 636 in Weblogic for LDAP configuration getting Error:

Error 500--Internal Server Error
From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:
10.5.1 500 Internal Server Error
The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.

Users are getting pulled in Weblogic.

When removing LDAP configuration from WebLogic, then ARM page is accessible from workspace for Native users.
