Symptoms

After configuring the OHS server as a front-end load balancer following the documentation "Modify Oracle HTTP Server or Apache HTTPD Server Configuration for Essbase

The users are not able to add files or log out of the Essbase UI, it produces a "403 Forbidden" error message.

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /essbase/rest/internal/v1/files/users/USERID/Filename.txt on this server.
