Symptoms

Email action fails when variables are used in Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) task flow email created on Japanese environment (Web browser language setting is Japanese).

If the same task is created on English environment (Web browser language setting is English), it works fine.

 

The following errors are seen in SharedServices_TaskFlow.log:

Variable not found

Evaluating condition... ????_Result == 'Failure'

Error Message is Parameter not found
