Symptoms
When non-admin User entering and submitting data in HFM data form then tries to use Calcualte Button, pop-up error returned
EPMHFM-1659: You do not have the proper access rights to perform this task.

Update to HFM 11.2.8.0, 11.2.8.1 or 11.2.9.0
