Essbase21C : After Applying 21.3.2 Patch Group Provisioning Is Not Working (Doc ID 2872184.1)

Symptoms

Essbase 21c configured with EPM Shared Services authentication.  After applying 21.3.2 patch, Group provisioning is not working after restarting Essbase.

1.  If the user is removed and added to the group - the intended group access works correctly.
2.  When Essbase is restarted the intended group access stops working in Essbase.
3.  To force it to work, group access needs to be removed and added back again.
