Unable To Login to the Essbase 21C UI With SSL Off-loader (Doc ID 2875985.1)

Symptoms

Unable to login to Essbase UI.

> Direct URL (http://<Host_Name>:9010/essbase/jet) working fine.
> HTTP URL (http://<Host_Name>/essbase/jet/) working fine.
> HTTPS URL with SSL off loading (https://<Host_Name>/essbase/jet/), unable to login. After entering username and password page is stuck and getting error "403 forbidden error"

SSL is setup at load balancer level. SSL offloading from Load balancer to Essbase web URL opens the login page but unable to login, getting Error 403.
