Essbase: SSL Handshake Error When Connecting To Essbase From Smart View (Doc ID 2876099.1)

Symptoms

Users can connect to SSL enabled Essbase server from Essbase Administration Services (EAS) and from MaxL but is getting an error when trying to connect through Smart View.   Following errors are shows in the logs.

essbase.log

NZERROR: nzos_Handshake failed(28864)

apsserver.log

[<timestamp>] [AnalyticProviderServices0] [ERROR] [] [oracle.EPMOHPS] [<TID>] [<USER_ID>] [<ECID>] [APP: APS] [partition-name: DOMAIN] [tenant-name: GLOBAL] [<SID>] Unable to connect to [%s]. Error occurred during SSL handshake. Check the logs for more details or contact the system administrator.[[
com.essbase.api.base.EssException: Cannot connect to Essbase Server. Error:Essbase Error(1290007): Unable to connect to [<HOST>]. Error occurred during SSL handshake. Check the logs for more details or contact the system administrator.
