Symptoms

From Oracle Analytics Server (OAS ) (/dv), creating a data connection fails with:
'Failed to save the connection.'
'Invalid connection details were supplied. Please enter the correct details and try again.'
OK button.

The following error is seen in obis1-diagnostic.log
