In Planning Ad-hoc when Pasting a Blank Value, the Form shows a Negative Value Instead of Blank (Doc ID 2878096.1)

Symptoms

When a user selects individual smart-list values from drop down and submit the Form, the Form is working fine.

However, if a user copies a set of values from any worksheet (which aso includes blank values/blank cells) or ad-hoc grid and pastes it to the workspace web UI, user can see a random negative number ("-9223372036854776000") instead of blank spaces.
