Symptoms

On : OBIEE 12.2.1.x version, Oracle Analytics

When exporting an immediate you get the generic unable to export error.

In the saw log you see many repeating errors:

An error occurred during connect to "127.x.x.x:<port>. ORACLE_OBIJH_HOSTS @ localhost". Connection refused [Socket:24][[
Error sending ping : An error occurred during connect to "ORACLE_OBIJH_HOSTS". Connection refused [Socket:24][[

No information about these errors is written to the JavaHost (OBIJH) Logs
