Calc Manager: 'Edit Script' not displaying script text

Having an issue with Calculation Manager not displaying the text of a calculation. The graphical rule designer works normally in all systems, but the text display of the rule does not work. Calc Manager seems to operate normally other than this problem.

Services in the affected systems have of course been restarted; the Weblogic tmp and cache directories were cleared out after the most recent restart of the service, no change. Issue is reproduceable in IE, Edge, Chrome, and Firefox, with identical results.
