Symptoms

WebLogic admin account can't log on Essbase UI "https://host:port/essbase/jet" after installing Essbase 21.3 Independent Deployment with JDK 1.8.0_333.    Error message  "You are not authorized to access this page. Contact administrator." shown on Essbase UI Web page.

Essbase configured with default WebLogic provider (Disable EPM Shared Services Identity Provider).
