Symptoms
When attempting to create an application or import an application an error occurs and the application is not created. The issue happens regardless of how the application is created or imported.
In jagent.log following error is displayed:
Cannot create olap application. Essbase Error(1200448): [Failed to create [<application name>]. Reason: [/oracle/Oracle/Middleware/Oracle_Home/essbase/products/Essbase/EssbaseServer/bin/ESSSVR: error while loading shared libraries: libclntshcore.so.12.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory]]
