Symptoms

After Enabling SSL on the Foundation database, the Essbase Agent (Active-Passive) is not starting as it unable to connect to the SSL enabled Foundation database. The error in lease manager log:

Attempt to connect to database failed with error [[oracle][ODBC Oracle Wire Protocol driver][Oracle]Connection Dead.].
