How to Avoid WebLogic Start Services Looking for Previously used Database Server Name and Port even after a Change within EPM Environment ?

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Business has decided to change the name of the Database Server Name and Port after successful installation and configuration of EPM products. (Note: The Users, Passwords and Database are the same only the Server Name and Port has changed) Have followed the guide and reconfigured using the EPM System configurator tool, in all EPM servers and the process finished without errors. Then, manually changed the RCUSchema.properties file to update the server name and port. After this step, When run the startWebLogic.cmd script, notice that the process is still looking for the previously configured database server name and port. Registry report and deployment report doesn't point to the previously used Database Server Name or Port at all. How do successfully execute startWebLogic.cmd script and make it look for changed Database Server Name and Port ?
