Failure Trying To Activate Changes While Configuring LDAP After Enabling SSL (Doc ID 2889183.1)

Symptoms

After enabling SSL successfully and when working to configure an external LDAP, you experience the below type error trying to save and activate changes in the console:


An error occurred during activation of changes, please see the log for details.
Message icon - Error [Deployer:149150]An IOException occurred while reading the input.; nested exception is: javax.net.ssl.SSLKeyException: Hostname verification failed: HostnameVerifier=weblogic.security.utils.SSLWLSHostnameVerifier, hostname=XXXXXXXX; nested exception is: javax.net.ssl.SSLKeyException: Hostname verification failed: HostnameVerifier=weblogic.security.utils.SSLWLSHostnameVerifier, hostname=XXXXXXX.
