Crystal Ball Does Not Display and Stay in the Excel Ribbon (Doc ID 2900760.1)

Symptoms

Crystal Ball does not show up in the ribbon.
When we go to File>Options>Addins>Manage>COM Addins>Go>Select Crystal Ball
Location: C:\Program Files\Oracle\Crystal Ball\Bin\SecureCBAddin.dll
Load Behavior: Not loaded. A runtime error occurred during the loading of the COM Add-in.
