In Oracle Analytics, Incorrect Results Appear on Analysis When A Report Is Filtered by a Measure Column (Doc ID 2900780.1)

Symptoms

 When a filter is applied on a measure (such as COUNT), Reports that are enabled with Report-Based Aggregation are showing incorrect results as the filter on the measure column is being ignored.

This behaviour was working fine in OBIEE 12.2.1.2.0.

Changes

Upgrade from OBIEE 12.2.1.2.0 to OAS 6.4.
