Unable To Refresh Members In Data Management (Doc ID 2901534.1)

Goal

Errors: Unique constraint (FDM.aif_target_appl_members_ui) violated when refreshing under target apps category mapping. When I'm refreshing members in Target application, it generates a blank process details log with no ODI session number. This is affecting new target HFM apps. Old HFM apps show the members correctly. This was migrated (data pump) from 11.1.2.4 to 11.2.9
