Custom Script Menu Option Is Not Available For All Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) Users (Doc ID 2901822.1)

Goal

You enabled the custom script (Python) feature in Oracle Analytics Server (OAS). However, custom script option is accessible for only 'BI Administrator' application role, not for other users without 'BI Service Administrator' application role.

Is this correct behavior? How to enable 'normal' users without 'BI Service Administrator' application role to have access to the 'custom script' menu item?
