Goal
connect ON-Prem FDMEE with Oracle Financial Cloud,
the same configuration, works for our DEV, but failed for UAT/PROD
In the Level 5 Process Log:

On-premise Deployment - No proxy setup

CMD.EXE was started with the above path as the current directory.
UNC paths are not supported. Defaulting to Windows directory.
