Symptoms

After migrating a snaphost from Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI/OBIEE) 12.2.1.4 to Oracle Anallytics Server (OAS) the SQL that is now generated is different between versions and thus it is leading to different results

More specifically the OAS BI server is ignoring the aggregation rule last_Period  as defined in the data model repository (RPD) for the date dimension and this causes a different query output.
