How to avoid shared Smart View workbooks to keep the original owner's saved path location? An Excel workbook which was shared between users, the recipient gets prompted to edit links.

e.g. user A had the workbook saved to a mapped drive location, and send the book to user B.

User B then gets prompted each time to edit links. Is there a common practice which we could recommend to our users, to avoid the 'changing' of the sender's original file location?
