EPM 11.2.x - Some Managed Servers Are Not Starting Successfully And The Managed Server Log Has The Error "JPS-10702: The datasource jdbc/OpssDataSource is not found" (Doc ID 2912167.1)

Symptoms

Some Managed Servers (like ErpIntegrator0, EssbaseAdminServices0 & AnalyticProviderServices0) were not starting up successfully.

The Managed Server log has the following error -
oracle.security.jps.service.policystore.PolicyStoreException: JPS-10702: The datasource jdbc/OpssDataSource is not found.
Caused by: javax.naming.NameNotFoundException: Unable to resolve 'jdbc.OpssDataSource'. Resolved 'jdbc'; remaining name 'OpssDataSource'
