Essbase 21c: Unable to Start or Access Essbase Managed Server, Error in essbase_server1.log "The realm "myrealm" failed to be loaded" (Doc ID 2914116.1)

Symptoms

During a restart of Essbase it appears to start but then hangs up. The status shows it running and the Weblogic Admin Console is accessible:

essbase_server1 Server <servername> RUNNING / ACTIVE
eas_server1 Server <servername> RUNNING / ACTIVE
AdminServer Server <servername> RUNNING / --NA--

After a short period of time, the Weblogic Admin Console also stops responding. When just Essbase is stopped, able to access it again.
