Error: a connection to the server has failed. (status=504) While Adding Users Access to Dimension when click "View" under Security (Doc ID 2915166.1)

Trying to add the user access to the dimension in the Planning application hangs and then produces the error: "a connection to the server has failed. (status=504) "


1. Click on Navigate >> Applications >> Planning >> Application Name
2. Go to Administration >> Manage >> Dimensions
3. Select from the dimensions >> Search for Dimension name
4. When Dimension is found click "View" under Security
5. Add Access for a user for this dimension and click add.
6. Once complete click close and then try a new search. See the system seem to hang and get error a connection to the server has failed. (status=504)
