Symptoms
If SMART_VIEW_DISPLAY_WARNING property is set to Yes as system or application properties on Planning application, the following warning message should be displayed when connecting to the application with older Smart View versions.
The warning message appeared until Smart View 11.1.2.5.2xx, but the message does not appear even though it's Yes on Smart View versions 11.1.2.5.400 and later.
Warning message:
There is a new version ( 11.1.2.5.400 ) available. Do you want to install it?
Click here to Install
To perform the installation you must close all Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook.
1. Click Cancel on "New Smart View Client version available" dialog
2. Click Close on "Connection Manager" dialog
3. Close Excel and all other open Microsoft Office applications.
