Symptoms

 When running full load in OBIA 11.1.1.10.3, Custom mapping SILOS_SIL_PROJECTCOSTLINE_FACT_STEP2A is failing with below error for 'LIST' partition type.

ORA-14400: inserted partition key does not map to any partition
