Display values overlap in Bar Chart.

Steps to reproduce :

Create a workbook with 2 measures columns in Y-axis and Dimension column in X-axis
Select visualization as Bar Graph
Go to View properties ->Click on values(#)->Change the Data Labels Position to Auto
Display values in a bar graph overlap as shown below :
